Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: TAN #196 BlaTANt Adulation for Yanti the Indefatigable! Can someone spare some motivation? I put on 15 lbs since IMAZ and can't run 4 miles without getting tired... I don't work out AT ALL now. Been 4 months since I have been in the pool or on the bike. Only running (barely). I have started to walk about 4-4.5 miles a day... So that's something. |

I'm home... What'd I miss? They are talking Basketball and I am looking for new jobs. Get a job in basketball? I'm too short. Nope and I an not that short! You are going to get me in trouble Pitzee I have bubble wrap! Wanna come play?? That reminds me, I should make some crock pot ribs. I know it would make a pit master roll over in their grave, but they give most real BBQ ribs a run. Real ribs is just so time consuming. I'm going from recall, but it's 4-5 lbs of baby back ribs cut up into 2 rib sections. Put in slow cooker with a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce and seasonings and a 1/4 cup of liquid smoke. Cook for 8 hours or so. When done, I put them on foil and under the broiler for a couple minutes to caramelize. nom nom nom That sounds pretty good too! You can cook me dinner when I am out that way next OK. I can do that. |
