Good morning.

I'm in an up-and-down mood today. 

Up:  Trix and Fit are coming to FL and I get to see them tonight.

Down:  I'm still battling this chest congestion which is making the very thought of working out difficult.

Thoughts and prayers this AM, please. I found out last night that my aunt Judy died yesterday at age 59. She was my mom's best friend and a really, really great lady. She'd been fighting colon cancer but this was completely unexpected. She was doing another round of chemo but there was no sign that yesterday would be her last day with us. I'm gonna miss her an awful lot.

Please also take the time today to tell those that you love that you love them.

Finally, if you're over 50 or 40 and have any kind of remote history of colon/rectal problems in your family, go get a colonoscopy. I don't ever want to hear of another person with advanced colorectal cancer when it could've been caught much earlier by a relatively simple test.
