i was leaning towards the 2 races in va beach -- the sandman is one of the coolest races.  1K ocean swim, ridiculously flat fast bike through fort story, super flat hot run at the oceanfront.  grrr.

That sounds awesome.  If you're recovered from your Oly do it.

morning sunshines! What's shakin? It's all thunder and lightening down here in Austin today. As if I didn't get enough of that last week...

I was able to cook my breakfast this morning!  That's the extent of my day so far.

It's raining. It's pouring. too bad I ain't snoring...

I'm feeling good.  Tired today, but that's my fault.  The girl who I'll credit with saving my arm brought food over last night and we hung out for a bit. 

The girl, huh? Is she hot. Will you please set me up?

Yeah, she is hot.  And a triathlete.  And single.  Woohoo!

Soooooo....???

Well, I can tell parts of the story but not the whole thing.  Even after talking to Laura last night I can't figure it out.  Here's what I remember (which isn't much...stupid concussions).  Was riding with Laura side-by-side and talking.  Saw cars coming from behind us and moved up to go single file and let them by.  Accidentaly dropped onto the shoulder (2" drop onyo gravel) and then popped back on.  Next thing I really remember was trying to push myself off of the ground and realizing my right arm was a bit broken.  The best I can figure was that I had the bicycling equivalent of a high-side motorcycle crash.

Well I can't hook you up with her...I'm going to date her.

Awwww! Okay, that's a really cute story you two have. Tell her I said hi. haha. Hey, my internet buddy says hi. She'll be all, "whaahh?"

I'll run the idea of  a gorilla suit/flipper 3 way by her.  That work for you?
