Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: Nibbs XLII I've had a busy day...(quick version in bold) Early morning workout at the gym, hurry home to let the guys in to work on the walls, check online and write/send an important email. quick nap 'cause I didn't get much sleep last night. received a call from a landscaping acquaintance who needs a days worth of help. I said sure and we decided on tomorrow. She mentioned that she would need to rent a line trimmer and I said that I could just bring mine (she is going to rent it from me). I drove down to the airport to pick up my friend, Maneesh and then we went to lunch. I gave him a ride home and then went to my parents (I forgot that I was suppose to pick up cinnabons for my dad. oops) spent afternoon overhauling the gas line trimmer.so it would be ready for tomorrow..it had sat in the shed with old gas and nasty oil for at least two years. It took a couple of trips to home depot. It is now clean, starts and runs. Three things that hadn't been true when I got it out. It was putting out yucky exhaust...I hadn't gotten fresh gas for it yet and I am hoping that the new gas I picked up will help that. I cleaned out my car. I want to make a decent impression on a possible future business associate when I meet her tomorrow. I helped my mom toilet my father and start his bedtime routine before I left their place. I swung by the gas station to get gas for both my car and the line trimmer. Now I am home and in my warm bed. Edited by mchally 2010-03-08 11:28 PM |

Here's what I've gotten from THIS page: 1) Judi is sporting some serious Birthday Bling. 2) Phil is the new Nibbs Sugar Daddy. (Someone should probably let Kristen know.) 3) Cat and S are.... moving in together? Wow. That's even bigger than Birthday Bling and Sugar Daddies. |

Wow Judy - that is some SERIOUS Sparkle! Yeah He's a keeper! Im sure you already knew that! Are you all ready for your birthday ride? I'm trying to decide which route I want to do. Total elevations are approximately the same on my ride and the Chesdin ride that my friend sent me. There's 2 potential store stops on his ride, fairly well spaced. Mine has one fairly early on with a couple mom & pop little shops along one road spaced out then we would have to go maybe a mile out of the way to hit another bathroom / store stop around the 30 mile mark. There's another little mom & pop store maybe 10 miles from my house. His route has more secluded roads--though mine is kind of in the middle of nowhere as well there is a bit of traffic. |

Not really, Jen hasn't ridden this side of the river and Kristen isn't able to ride this week. I don't think she's been over this way either....While we live close enough to occasionally train or race together, we actually are spread out about 45 minutes or so from each other. Maybe Jen and Kristen are closer being on the west end....I'm southside and it takes forever to get anywhere! |
