Subject: RE: #57 - I Need a Drink - Gin and TANic TheSchwamm - 2008-11-04 5:55 PM wurkit_gurl - 2008-11-04 4:47 PM yeah.... i remember the beginning of the beer festival. i remember the middle. i do not remember anything afterwards aside from one single flash of an instant when i realized i was in extremely bad shape. i was told the next morning that it's really quite okay that i don't remember what happened. TheSchwamm - 2008-11-04 5:46 PM i do not remember the one time i was sick from alcohol. I didn't at first since I don't remember the vast majority of that evening. I started to sober up, and it was awful. I remember bits and pieces of it. The fact that I DON'T remember a lot of it is what scares me the most. I will never let myself be that stupid again. I had brought a camera with me - I took pictures - I didn't remember taking ANY of them. So developing that roll of film was very exciting (I brought a disposable one, since it was a big party at a club). |

People were telling me things that I did, and I thought they were messing with my head because I KNEW I didn't do those things. Then they showed me pictures of me doing them. It was weird, cuz it was like it never happened, but there I was, doing it. Almost like a dream or something fake. |

I don't need to black out...start talking to me when I am asleep and I will tell you all sorts of interesting things...or wake me up after I've taken a sleeping pill. One morning I woke up in a different bed...and had a guy friends jacket...I couldn't figure out how it got there. It turns out that I had gone out on an evening stroll with him, admired the stars and the big guns(I was at fort Flagler and staying in the barracks). Edited by mchally 2008-11-04 6:10 PM |

Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: #57 - I Need a Drink - Gin and TANic It turns out I answered the phone the other night while I was sleeping. I had an entire conversation with a guy friend. He approached me oddly the next day-I couldn't figure out why he was acting that way until he brought up the conversation. It is interesting how my answers are almost always opposite what I would say when I am awake.

Also where did you get that awesome camera for your squirrel? My 47th birthday is a week from tomorrow. The good news is I ran this morning and my knee appears to be holding together. |
