disturbed275 - 2010-05-27 7:23 AM Good morning ghoulies!

I wish I had field day today.  Work sounds especially unappealing today.

Neal - try forcing yourself to come in knowing you are leaving for 30 days in 3 full workdays

Shear torture

I bet.

Now, try coming in when in 2 weeks you will be out of there for who knows how long by being transfered to another branch.  I'm ready to take 2 weeks off and bag the whole goodby thing.  Do you think I can get away with telling them I don't want a party?

ironannekidd - 2010-05-27 6:52 AM Good morning Neal, Bill, and Kendra!

Neal, I'm going to have to ask you to compete against the 4th graders this afternoon. I don't think it would be fair for you to go up against the 1st graders.

Wait, are you saying that neal is better than a 1st grader?

Neal can escape from Alcatraz, the 1st graders don't even know how to fake being sick so they can miss school yet!

Alright you guys have it a little worse.

Good luck with the no party thing.  I have a feeling the party will find you whether you like it or not

Been a quiet month - we aren't even going to hit 100 pages!

That is a first I believe.

Our historian Nekkid could verify that if she was around

I bet we can get 15 more pages in!

So tonight the ac is going to have be turned on.  This morning I needed another shower after drying my hair.  Summer is here.

Tonight I am meeting with a ChiRunning coach.  I'm really excited about this.  I took a workshop from him a couple years ago but would like some help working on running form.  I'm something of a shuffler.  The hope is that with some work on form and keeping the PT up that I can stay injury free training for the marathon.  Will let you know how it goes.

I had to break down and turn on my ac earlier this week.  Fans just weren't cutting it anymore!

Wussy people, Come to the South! We are still keeping the windows open. I turn the AC on when it gets 90/100 which is 90 degrees or more with 100 % humidity. Now you know why we are slow and drink a lot of ice T.

Robin, I grew up in the South and lived in AZ before moving to NJ.  Usually I can tolerate the heat & humidity fairly well, even it does mean a bad hair day.  I think it is because it's been a fairly cool spring and then all of a sudden it was 90 degrees yesterday.  And this morning as I was drying my hair and sweating, the stoooopid cat kept winding itself around my legs wanting more breakfast.  Uggghhh. Thankfully, the weekend is supposed to cool off a bit.  Hmmmm. But I do think I'll make some iced t or maybe even lemonade.
