Unlike the fad diets, where you're losing the body fat, but not building the muscle and, thus, not increasing your metabolism. The weight comes off quicker at first (a LOT quicker), but it also goes right back on A LOT quicker. Ya know... just sayin! Right on! Yay for building muscle and increasing metabolism! Down with fad diets!! (I have the exercise part down. Now if I could just stop eating french fries, nachos, and beer all the time. . . D'oh! ) |
