Master 1870 Fort Worth | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Yeah! I went on an early morning run and logged 5 miles more, good to run with no pain. The funny part is that I didn't really want to stop running, felt like i could have kept going and going. So withat said take that yellow off of me I'm back on track baby! Go Vampires! I hope everyone is feeling as good as I am right now. The only thing that could make it better is not going into work and even then I enjoy what I do. Life is good. |

Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Let's all get that running folks. We really need to move up on the ranking tables. I ran the most in one week, and really had fun doing it. Let's get everyone to break their personal records next week, and see what we can do. I do not want to have to change my avatar next month. So please, let's pull it together as a team, and no more slacking. There is only one week left, and let's put in all we can put in. 30min run everyday for everyone. Modify your training, and let's do it. Cheers. |

Expert 1187 Ontario | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Good work vampires !! We're at 75% for the month, which should be right on track. My long run today put me over 100% and I have a few more runs planned for this week. Is it the total for the team that determines the winner/loser of the challenge? ie. if the team total is 100% we have met the goal, even if one team member didn't meet 100% personally?? |

Expert 1187 Ontario | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread You might want to redo the math... if your goal commitment is correct at 75 I have you needing 32.4 more miles , with 10 days of the month left (counting today) that's just over 3 miles a day - you can do it !!!! |

Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Let's get rolling folks. This is our last week to really kick it in. Then 3 days next week. Let's try to reach at least 100% by Sunday this week. I have surpassed the most I've ever ran in a month, so can you all. I set to take my best and used that as a goal, so you can all do it. Running is my weakest, so if I did it, so can you all. Let's get rolling, and go go go go go go g....... |

Is it the total for the team that determines the winner/loser of the challenge? ie. if the team total is 100% we have met the goal, even if one team member didn't meet 100% personally?? If you look at my spreadsheet that I keep on attaching to the thread. The column farthest to the right is the stat used for the running challenge competition. Everyone has a 100% cap. So everyone needs to hit 100% to win. I would prefer more just in case it is used as a tie breaker. Hope that makes sense |

Master 1870 Fort Worth | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Hey guys, everything is ok for our home so far, we're packed and ready. I'm here at work and two of our choppers are dropping water on the fires. We'll be here as long as we're needed but obviously if it goes all week like this I may not make my runs. I'll have to wear my forerunner 305 to keep track of all the running I do between helicopters, will that count? Sorry, thought I'd inject a little bit of levity under the current circumstances. Either way keep running you bloody bats! Go Vampires! Edited by HCS5QA 2007-10-23 1:32 PM |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: Vampires Team Thread Hi, Im just writing a note here to get feedback regarding those people affected by the fires in California as Mother Nature is an unforeseen circumstance that we could not have planned for with this challenge. They way I see it there are 3 groups: I have some ideas on how we can address this but the key suggestions are: Those affected by smoke can use the gym or elliptical or treadmill to meet their goal OR if you do not have access to these facilities the above will apply. Please let me know via PM or in the team leaders thread anyone affected and what you want to do ASAP as the end of October is almost upon us. Please stay safe |

As far as I'm concerned I should be able to finish my challenge. I have a treadmill at home and I just completed 2.5 towards my goal. Running on the treadmill sucks but it's better then nothing. Go Vampires! Lets finish strong! |
