Now you know better then that....! but probably would be a good idea for us to introduce ourselves....since there are a few new teammates that I have not had the pleasure of being on teams with in the past....hope we are not scaring you from joining in! the more the merrier! so who will go first on introducing...telling us about yourself, what motivates you and what you are signed up to do this month? No problem here.  I feel bad that you went through the work to make a spreadsheet!  I think it will just help me if I know exactly where to look for the percentage done throughout the month.

Anyway, who is our fearless leader?  Where is the spreadsheet?  I plan on cycling 175 miles this month and running 38 miles.  I also have one running race on the 5th.

hey there northern california teamy! love humbolt area...very pretty! We do not have a spreadsheet yet, Jen (Artemis) is working dilligently on it and we will then update the one she puts on google docs....as for captain....we still have not got anyone to state interest. I can do it, but if anyone else can surely have the roll!!! what about you!?!! looks like a great team! so get out those running shoes, dust of those bikes and grab those goggles, suits, a towel, sunscreen (if you are like me and swim outdoors) and lets get busy! GO LAVA GIRLS and Steve!!

Even though there are familiar faces, there are some new ones too - and to be perfectly honest, my memory isn't so great - I read some of the intros like...................3 or 4 challenges ago
