I will let you have the weight as a side issue since if I lose any more weight my wife will kill me.  Tell you what you take your weight for 10 and I will take my "other" stuff as 1 hour for 10 miles, yoga, abs, simplefit.  Deal?

PS:  I see another butt whoopin' coming.   I sure do love a good challenge.

You don' t really think you have a chance on this one do you?

Just cause I haven't done anything in a week doesn't mean I won't be coming out like a house on fire

Honestly,  No Shermy.  However,  I will make you earn it.  I don't always win a challenge, but I make sure that you know you were in one.

Tricupcake:  Good point,  Thanks for the compliment.

Comet:  Have fun and don't eat too much fried fish.

Can ya'll believe that I let myself get into a S/B/R challenge with an Official "Ironman" and marathoner?  What was I thinking?  (should be a country western song.

Rough last week has shot my weight up to 218.6, so that will be my starting point.

Let the domination begin!

Yea, I had quite the day yesterday..I seem to have big problems with snacking whenever I'm in the house all day.  I was thinking last night that I should institute a no snacking in front of the TV rule for my whole family..I think we need it.  I was also kind of noticing that everyone in my family has seemed to have gained some weight...maybe its a summer thing.

My weekend sucked, too.  Sunday wasn't as bad as Saturday but they were both just pitiful days.  I'm such a sucker for Tootsie Roll Pops.

Needless to say, I made today's bike ride an increase-in-volume-ride (that's past due anyway), so I went from 12 miles to 14 miles.  At my current training level, biking is easily the best for me when it comes to burning calories.  I burned almost 600 during this morning's ride.

I think I burn the most calories on the bike, too.  I did a brick on Saturday and burned just shy of 1500 calories.  Then I proceeded to dinner and drinks and totally made up to any deficit I may have had going.   Argh.

Hello all, dreading my summer but loving my vacation... ! I said I was going to take a break from training, though most of the work I do during the summer months, is somewhat labor intensive. Not too mention, it's in the blistering sun. I tend to sweat a lot, and I've got a nice farmers' tan going... Ha Ha. I am wondering though if I'll be extra sore trying to start back up come 9/8??? Good news though, still hovering in the mid 180's. I'm not sure if my body has finally let go of the extra weight and has decided to stay at this bracket despite no increased/sustained physical activity.

Sailing, Yes--> I know it's only 3-4 wks off, and I'm already conscious of the swing I need to get back in to. I've taken a few luxuries though, I've had a few extra soda's here and there, but nothing major, like bacon wrapped stix o' butter! I've honestly changed the way I eat. If it's too sugary or dripping in grease, I just can't eat it. It makes me nauscious to even smell it. One of the things I'm thankful for is the amount of water I'm forced to drink daily ( almost 5-6 liters ), besides I don't eat after 9 pm or dinner which is somewhere around 6-7. I get a full nights rest and I'm up at the crack of dawn starting my 14-16 hr day. I have been trying to get my protein levels back up to where they were, though, that's been a little tough.

Slow day Shermy.

1000 yds swimming and 28.21 bike.

Oh yeah,  20 min's of simplefit: 65 pullups, 130 pushups, 195 squats.  I will try to keep up.
