You got that right, sister!

I'm doing my computrainer cycling class tonight for 90 minutes.  Slept like crap last night, so i bagged the swim this morning and just did some abs and stretching.

42 minutes on the bike at the gym. Then what was prob my fastest 3 miles EVER back home at 31 minutes.

Does this count as 2 "points?" OR just 1 for the day?

Sorry just one.  Max one point per day.  Awesome job on the workout today though, keep up the great workouts.

Happy Thursday everyone!

I am going to try to run this evening after work. Time to bust out the cold weather running gear. *sigh*

Yoga & margaritas...Nice!!!

1 hour of Pilates today - that's a total of 4 points for me this week.

I was gonna swim too, but I had NO IDEA how hard Pilates would be...those upside down chicks kicked my butt!

But, if I keep it up, I'll be closer to my abs goal (visit my log & you'll see what I want for my 45th birthday - she's HOT!)

Good afternoon, team! How's everyone doing?

The weather has finally turned cold.  It was so windy out that I didn't want to ride ont he road but I managed to sneak a little time in on the trainer this afternoon.  It gave me a chance to get caught up on Dexter.

I'm getting ready to settle in for a long night at work.  Time to bust out the iPOD and rock 'n roll my way around the lab.

Later, Gaters!

Decided to slack off today as it's been a long week at work (and no end in sight - not even this weekend off).  I already have 4 days of over 30 minutes and will get another tomorrow so I'm good to go anyway.  Everyone's looking good though!  Keep it up!

I will also work out for margaritas.

A day off is not slacking! I felt the same way last night - long long day at work!

I just logged in my fifth session from last night. Today is a rest day for me. Tomorrow I am going to run 6 miles but I won't be able to log on to count it.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I managed a swim and a run today.  It's been awhile since I've been in the water.  It was sorta painful.  I was ready for a nap by the time I got out of the pool.  It took some mega caffeine to pep me back up!

Happy Saturday!

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.  I got in a great run today!  It was one of those days when you feel like you can run forever.  And double bonus - I got home just before the rain started.

Now it's time to head out with friends for dinner and drinks.

Did my first 10 miler today and it was a great course along the columbia river, temp was good and the rain held off which made me very happy, Had to watch out for for goose poop though.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Go ground pounders.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I had a great race today, but can't count it for a point since I'm already at 6 points this week. Not too bad of a problem to have though. Its been a great week

Following the "will workout for margaritas" model:

1 hour bike ride = 2 margaritas at the House of Blues Saturday!!!

What a fun day!!!  Unfortunately, I don't think the workout counted as Ground Pounder points, because I already had 5 for the time period...

But...I did a run this morning for partial credit & will finish off after my 12-hour shift this evening.

Pound it People!!!
