Got in #6....a bike ride and some stretching and strength work.  Getting on the bike when I can't put weight on the left leg would surely have been a comedy routine if there was an audience.

HooRah Air Wingers!

I made another attempt at the Cali Routine.  I made a few changes.  I tried it circuit style with 4 sets.  I just didn't feel like anything else, but this week and next week I'll be working 72 hours each week.  24 hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday... Saturday and Sunday (48hrs), Tuesday and the next Saturday.  Crazy, so here's what I did on the Cali Routine:

No Warmup - No Weights - No Pullups / Lat Pulldowns

Exercise:             Set 1          Set 2          Set 3          Set 4
Push Up               20               20              20              20
Dips                     20               20              20              20
Situp                    20               20              20              20
Calf Raises           20               30              25              40
2 Leg Squats       50               50              50              50

I varied my pushups - reg, tricep, wide, reg
I varied my calf raises - reg, pigeon toe, charlie chap's, reg

Each circuit / set took about 6 minutes.  I took about 1 minute rest between each set.  My last set was slower than the rest.  I hope to increase my speed to each set and complete 5 sets.

^^^ that looks like quite the workout...

being as that last week sucked fo rme at work... I'll consider this week WEEK #1 of my "24 week" plan...
The resorts are opening, so I MUST get my legs and core up to speed or they will loose my skiis (not a good thing)

HOORAH Air Wingers!  We are doing fantastic!  Keep working!

I got in my first workout for week #2 with a 10 mile race.  It also added nicely to my run challenge!  Yea Pecans!  The race was a killer with a super, huge hill (833 feet elevation)!  Not my best run, but I did it!

I may try the Cali routine next week!  Looks like a good workout!

Good news from Dr. Office

Triglycerides are 169 were 330. Total Cholesterol is 152 was 243.

HDL still low at 36 but up from 33.

Using 20 mg of med and not 40, so Liver tests are all in normal range.

Got two in, I'm a little behind today. I got my run in just before the rain. I am a fair weather runner so that was good.

Air Boss Johnson: That's a negative Ghost rider, the pattern is full.
