Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Was your hair going green ? Not quite green, more of an icky yellow color. Hoping the swimcap will help since I will be in the pool alot this week to finish my challenge minutes. At least it is warm in the pool.... I have a few more outside running miles too- Brrrr! I'm still chilly from yesterday. |

Master 2055 Santa Clarita | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Nice work on the long run yesterday , its essentially a 10 , best is just run by time and it averages out . I use map my run afterwards if i run something new to get an idea . I have seen runners so obsessed with Garmin GPS they will cross a busy road just to get the full mile before turning around and crossing the same busy road ! This is while they are out for a training run .

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Okay team. I got 30 mins on the trainer, 2 mile run in, and 20 min strength. Tomorrow is a swim day. Closer and closer to goal. Keep up the good work everyone. All seems to be looking well except for the swimming for runrachierun. What's happening there? |

Expert 919 Greenville, SC | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Good morning team.... Just coming to work after getting a swim in this morning... I am soooo glad, when this challenge is over, especially the swim portion... On the other hand, I signed up for classes next month twice a week, so I guess I just have to keep going.... ARRRGGGHHH.... At least the temparatures are a little milder by now, so I don't get shock-frozen every time I step out of the Y in the morning. Happy Tuesday and GO TEAM!!! |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Morning team! I am planning on running to the Y to swim at noon. Will meet my hubby there so I don't need to run home with frozen hair. Another storm/snow predicted for tomorrow- a run day- so I'm trying to get in a few miles today. Tomorrow will be a few more crappy weather points although even I have to admit all the cold/snow is getting a little old. Have a great day all and get wet for the team! |

Yes, I ran after the bike. Trying to get used to that. I've always been a walker and running is new to me. I can walk 13-20 miles, but running, |

Pro 5123 Canandaigua NY | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Almost 19 miles on the bike this morning followed by a short brick run. Swimming sometime tonight as well. Almost done! Is anyone signed up for a Feb challenge yet? My travel schedule is going to force a run focused month on me, but seeing how the traveling will be in warmer climates, I am cool with that. |

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Okay, I hit 100% in strength this morning. Yeah! Have 25 mins to go on the bike (Friday) 30 mins to go in the pool (Thursday) And a little bit over 6 miles to run. I know that isn't much for you long distance runners, but that is my biggest hurdle right now. I think I can get in a bit on Thu, and will actually try for 3 miles on Friday. Then Sat after work I just have to get out there and do what is left. Come on Team! You all can do it! Go Team Resolution! Let's show them that Resolutions don't always fail. |

Master 2055 Santa Clarita | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Wow what a team , we are rallying big time for a strong finish . Saturday is the last day so there is an extra day this week. Looking around at the other teams we have the highest % complete so let's help ourselves by taking care of our business right here at home . I am at 97% complete with one last run left to do . Will probably get it done Friday and rest saturday.

Expert 919 Greenville, SC | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Great job everyone!!! GO TEAM RESOLUTION!!! I have 2 rides, 1 swim and 1 run left. 1 ride will be done tonight, 1 swim tomorrow, Friday is my rest day and I will finish up the month with a little bike/run brick on Saturday.... If I am not coming down with a flu (which I doubt) or break a leg somewhere along the way... I should be able to complete all my goals! |

Master 2055 Santa Clarita | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Went over to the Medical Office next door for a free TANITA body analyser test . Its good to get an accurate mesurement , It gives a printout with body fat % for each arm , leg and trunk and whole body , not like the results were any surprise. It is lower than what i was measuring at home. Relief.
Now i need to go back in a month and see if its improved . Hum ....That sounds like a goal for next month .. does it not |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Resolution Hey Team! I'm under 9 miles left to run and 1 hour and 25 minutes of pool time. Planning on swimming tomorrow noon and then Fri or Fri & Sat. Still not sure if I will divide the run up or just go long on Saturday. I think I will do some on Friday rather than leave it all to Saturday. If I finish out ahead all the better. Nice job everyone. This hasn't been an easy challenge especially with the colds & flus we all have been battling. Strong work! |
