Hi all. Hope the training is going well. I'm going to be away next week. I will be training, but it won't be getting logged.
In other news, I've decided to do the 100 pushup challenge. I did 32 in the initial test today. I'll be amazed if I can get to 100 pushups in less than 6 weeks.

disturbed275 - 2009-02-11 1:53 PM Morning workout challenge......now that would be a tough one.  I can't imagine what time I would have to wake up in order to get a workout in and get to work by 6.  Let alone what time would I have to go to bed to get a good night's sleep before said workout....

Wow....getting to work by 6am sounds like a challenge in itself!

Kelli, Just read your morning letter. Perfect.

Thanks Robin!!  The mornings are so hard for me sometimes.  Once I get in a routine of early AM workouts getting up isn't so bad, it's just the first couple weeks that rough.  I think it will also help when it started getting lighter, earlier.

Right now I am doing laundry and eating lunch.

I am planning on doing a swim/bike or bike/swim brick this evening.

I think that I am going to indulge for a few minutes and take a quick nap.  My bed is soooo comfy and I leave it much too early in the morning.  I think that it is feeling neglected.

For a minute I thought that yawn was directed at the team thread for boring posts

Now I realize you're just tired.  Enjoy your nap!

I want to know who came and changed my clock while my eyes were shut.  The alarm went off after what felt like 45 seconds.  Undecided At least it was a very comfortable 45 seconds.

Well, I swam this morning, then went skiing. Tomorrow I'll run, then go skiing. Wahoo!

The website told of 2" of new snow, but I tell ya' I found some patches of really nice powder that haven't been touched except by me! The hill is closed Mon-Wed, so you get to make the first tracks if you ski on Thursday!

I ended up just spinning.  The gal who coaches AM masters was at the front desk and she commented on me not being there yesterday.  So I decided that I will swim in the morning.  She is a really cute young gal who pushes us hard at 5:15 am.  I bet that less guys would be getting out of bed before 5 if it was some old guy coaching.

She also is a triathlete.

Well, thanks to this challenge, I spent the last 1:40:00 + on my bike in some, at times, quite heavy rain. If I didn't wag training yesterday, I probably wouldn't have gone. But I can't miss 2 cycle sessions in a week.

I'm always on the other end of the lens, but this is the skiing class my daughters were in. We had 51 students and about 12 adults in the Homeschool Ski Program, which I am coordinator of.

I would like to do it again sometime though
