Oh, yeah - don't forget TOPpage! wanna fill me in on what im doing wrong? Well, first of all -- notice Phil's post count: 14431 (and climbing higher every minute). Do you realllllllly think that all 14431 posts were MEANINGFUL and SIGNIFICANT???? So, how exactly did Phil achieve this HIGH POST COUNT??? Well, it was by mastering the fine art of POST PADDING! That's right -- there are actually some people on BT who write meaningless posts, thereby inflating their post count. Do you believe the nerve of these people? ahhhhhh. i see. i consider my posts to be ALWAYS MEANINGFUL AND SIGNIFICANT. so i guess he has me beat in that regard. |

They are right next to the Milanos in my store. But they are huge and so soft and YUMMY.. Needless to say the weekend we traveled the bag didn't stand a chance. I recommend the chocolate chunk.
Edited to add - Like Phil would say "Toppage" funny you should mention, i almost bought THOSE SAME EXACT COOKIES yesturday....my hands were on them, but then i thought i cant even keep a 9x13 pan of brownies in my house for longer than a day and half, that tiny bag of expensive cookies wouldnt stand a snowsballs chance in this house ie wouldnt last more than hour.... i need a secret hiding place. my mother always had a secret hiding place for her favorite food stuff that she didnt want us kids to eat. i need one. you say your mom had a secret hiding space....did she reveal the secret spot? or did you know where it was all along??? my bro and i would figure out where it was, and then she'd move it. damn her. |

JENN. report in when you can, im anxious to hear how your race went. and TEAM! i just finished up a 48 min run w the club from the Y, WHAT a great bunch of women. ALL! and then i hit the pool afterwards 48 min swim. at first my legs felt a bit 'heavy' my guess from the run and all the cycling i did this week, but halfway through i felt in groove anyone else need a long time before the 'warm up' in the water... for me it seems like a good 500-1000 yds until im feeling in the groove. its all good. being able to do my run AND swim today, it opens up tomorrow to hopefully get a jump on my week/MS mileage.... w the changes we made to the plan, its not nearly as daunting a task. the weather is supposed to cooperate, so ill be heading out to ride sometime in the afternoon. got to get out while the gettins good. HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL! LOL, again with the "8"s. These days, by the time I hit 1000 yds in the pool, I'm about done. (Someday, I really should get that shoulder looked at. But they want to do a MRI, and it's soooo expensive. So, instead, I just reduce my swimming until it's below the "pain threshold.") |

HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL! oh dear. shoulder pain is NO fun. i used to have trouble w my right shoulder, but as soon as all three of my kids were old enough that i didnt have to carry them anymore, the pain went away... and i hear you on the expense of medical Tx/tests/whatnot. i had an atrophied rt quad muscle, and as much as i would have loved to continue to rehab it as much as it needed - probably a good 3-6-9 mos to get it up to snuff - it was just too costly. it was a 'pre-exsisting' condition, i didnt injure myself - the PT that i went to see just for a chk over before i did my 1/2 discovered the atrophy - so it wasnt something i could get approved/covered. it was impacting anything/daily life. health insurance is nice when it benefits you, but SUCKS when it doesnt cover something at all or doesnt cover much of the cost. must be frustrating esp when you have goals that you want to reach.... It's a little chilly here for me to want to ride outside (yes, I am a wimp now), so I'll just do it on the trainer. Plus, that gives me some more flexibility as to when I do it. |
