I am trying to track everything I eat on an app I have. I put in what I weigh and what I want to weigh and it tells me how many calories I can net a day, 1199 for now. I also track exercise as well, so if I burn 400 calories on a run, that's 400 more calories it allows me to eat. When I initially set out on my weight loss journey I tracked everything, I lost what was 40lbs, now it's 37 because I've gained 3. So I'm going to track everything again. I'm not the worlds best eater so I really need to watch calories. I do not eat veggies AT ALL. Fruits are few and far between as well, maybe half a banana or some strawberries in a protein shake, that's about it. I eat a lot of chicken and nuts. |
