Elite 2640 Ontario, Canada | Subject: RE: Ghoulies October: Team BT Goodmorning! Yesterday I forgot about the plank set until late in the day, and then it was dinner time so I didn't want to do it after dinner... I paid for it today and again tomorrow by having to add the extra time on. *Regrets* I added 2 min onto the existing 4 min today and have angered my wrists and the bottom of my palm, not to mention it was really hard!! I thought about saving the extra time for the end of the month when I am hopefully stronger, and I assume that I won't be so wimpy when it comes to planks. However, if this is not the case it's better to do it now. Also, punishment for skipping a challenge day should be swift in order to learn from mistakes! OH... I have a run scheduled today (challenge related) and it just raining heavily... I will wait a little and if it doesn't subside I will head out. |

Looks like rain is around most of the week - I need some natural Vitamin D Didn't take you long to come back did it? :P Yeah, the weather hasn't been all that great but I try to make the best of it. I love the fall colours and cool temperature so I focus on that. |

New carpet being installed in the basement, so I'll be back at my morning workouts tomorrow morning. I'm looking forward to getting caught up on some old episodes of The Soup and watching a few triathlons that I DVR'd off of Versus. Look out Ghoulies... I'm comin to getcha!!! I used to use your signature quote! My pain cave is a wreck because I'm renting and the space doesn't allow me to use my equiptment to its full potential. Dumbells, barbells, bosu, stepper, eliptical, stability ball, bands, pull up bar, skipping ropes, yoga mat/blocks... sigh. I also want an ajustable bench with a rack so bad - but there is no chance of that fitting in the space. Right now I have to do my chest presses lying on the stepper. |

Problem is that I know most of your teammates anyways so I want them (and the ones I don't know) all to succeed! If both teams hit 100% we both win Just don't tell my teammates! That's nice! How about Team BT 100% and Team Ghoulie 99%? I'd say that's a win win. |

Name is Bob and in NJ where it's finally decided to rain after not seeing a drop all summer so a slow start to my run goal this month but already at 3 out of 10 strength training sessions. Signing up for a 12 mile mud/obstacle run on 11/20 so I have to get my miles in so please make me do it! I feel your pain, Bob... I am up in Albany, NY and we have been getting the rain too... I'm trying to decide between the cold raing or the dreadmill for my run today. |

That would be good trainer riding! When it's just me. Hubby would never go for that... He's trying to talk me into riding during Sabres games with him over the winter. Whenever the other team scores we have to hop off and do pushups. I'm going to need to try to DVR some tri's... when I did have to ride the trainer over the summer I loved watching the TdF! |
