Went out and did some running last night. I didn't go that far but I could really feel it. I took a couple of detours for some minor hills. I think I better do some more hill work since the turkey 5k that I am doing is all rolling hills.

I signed up for it too.  I may change my weight loss goal to a running goal here since the spreadsheets not up yet and I now have that challenge to motivate me with my weight loss.

That would be good - logging starts tomorrow. Not sure I will hit 5 lbs since I am usually a .5 - 1 lb a week even if I am VERY good. But I will aim for 3.

I am doing ok on the exercise part - I think mine is the "I'm training for a half so I can eat whatever". And I have been that way for months even though I just recently got up to the running a few miles at a time so if I would get off the laziness of watching food intake I think I would be good.
