Sounds like something I would do. Do you go to walk around corners and run into the wall too? Two Crushers walked into a bar ... ...which is kind of stupid. You would think the first one would have seen it. |

I took a couple of detours for some minor hills. I think I better do some more hill work since the turkey 5k that I am doing is all rolling hills. |

But I will aim for 3. |

Only I have nothing to blame it on other than pure laziness recently... I am doing ok on the exercise part - I think mine is the "I'm training for a half so I can eat whatever". And I have been that way for months even though I just recently got up to the running a few miles at a time so if I would get off the laziness of watching food intake I think I would be good. |
