No my B-day in May 10th.  I'm glad my RR is still inspirational to you.  I read it the other day and it made ME cry!!!  What fond memories!!

How are your abs feeling these days?

Okay, since I'm so late joining this challenge I am just copying and picking up at the same stage as everyone else - this is going to hurt!!  But I've been doing lots of core work in boot camp class so it'll help.

okay, I have not been doing great with the AB challenge but I am TRYING to reform my evil ways! I have done the AB class at my gym twice this week and I intend on doing it Friday too. Not exactly the plan in terms of the challenge but every little effort is a step towards reform in my book. As for next week, Mon, W, F again. I will, I will make this part of my normal routine.

After reading Wills account about his abs getting stronger and his quickly diminishing love handles, I feel ample inspiration to climb back on the horse.

Ok, I just had knee surgery a week ago and totally need something to do other then eight million straight leg raises per day. (Thanks, Chris, for the suggestion!) So I'm in! Not sure exactly where to start, so gonna start with 50 per day for this week. Probably get my exercise ball out, too.

9/22-9/25: 50 per day (double on Friday)
9/26-10/2: 55 per day
10/3-10/9: 60 per day
10/10-10/16: 65 per day
10/17-10/23: 70 per day
10/24-10/30: 80 per day
10/31: 100 per day

*****I reserve the right to take Sundays off!

Hey Laura,

I was just looking at that beach pic wistfully and then I remembered. We can take more in Hawaii. Yeah baby.

This ab challenge is awesome...I really think it helped me get into that smaller size jeans. I have not lost more than a few pounds recently, so it wasn't weight loss that got me into them, just being more toned in the middle.  So thank you ab challenge for my new size 26 jeans!!!

Jessica

I think it's working. Ab seems flatter. But I am often behind on my plan.

Decided to take my measurements last night. Since I am not a master seamtress, so I don't think I know how to take them consistently. But here are the deltas, in inches:

Bust: -0.50 (yay!)
Waist: -1.50 (yay! yay!)
Hip: +0.50 (WTF?!)

Around the world work out, the one with the apple core:

This sh*t is hard. I can't do any of the side plank lifts. Can't do the butt lifts either.

OK, last week was kind of a bust, I missed 2 days. Other than that I'm right on schedule. Stay tuned for a current picture.... Won't you be surprised!
