Subject: RE: TAN #179-It's smart to use a protecTANt.Good Morning everyone. So here is a quick question for all my TAN friends. Yesterday I hit the gym and hit the weights and the spin bike for a total of about an hour or a little more. SO I was planning on going home and doing an hour on the road bike but when I got there I was really tired (didn't sleep well the night prior ) and I didn't go for the bike ride. So I am not going to say that missing this workout caused me to get fully depressed but I was pretty upset with myself all night....normal or am I taking this too seriously? |
