Is there a chance that the heel issue could be related to PF?  If so, I would find someone who could do Mayo Fascial Disruption Technique on it.  Do you remember how badly my feet were hurting when I met up with you in Salt Lake city after the 1.2 mary a couple of years ago?  The doctor did MFDT on my feet and they have been awesome ever since with just a few tweaks her and there to maintain.  I highly recommend. 

Hope that the treatment will help your hubby.  Sitting on airplanes more than likely does not help any.

Did I hear someone say naptime?!?!? I love me some naptime. I take back all the times I didn't want to nap when I was younger. 

Ugh. Just keep reminding yourself that if you do a good job, you'll get an extra margarita in KW.

I remember that. Unfortunately, it isn't that simple. The pain is on the sides of my heel, not the bottom. The doc did say that everything in my foot is pretty tight, though.

It really would. He won't know for a few more weeks, though. He's currently waiting on his visa for a trip to Madagascar. If that process takes too long, he will likely be overseas during the key West trip.

And....we're waiting to see if the steroid injection helps at all. If not, he may be headed to surgery sooner than we hoped.

Sounds like my day(s). It's glamorous, right? Don't forget to add in the bon-bons and soap operas. We wouldn't want to disappoint the hubbies when they come home and think that's what we've done all day, right?

Today is yardwork day.... after it warms up a bit.

I don't know a whole lot. They removed the mass. His doctor wanted more tests done on it before he decided what kind of treatment to do now. We called him yesterday morning and he sounded really weezy. Like he needed to cough up the junk in his lungs. My sister talked to him last night and she said he sounded better. He told her he should be home on Tuesday. He's planning on coming to my house on Thursday for turkey.

That's about it.

It is a day off work today so I am gonna get some chores done around here. Stupidly, I allowed our house to be put on the Christmas Walk list. It seemed like an okay idea 4 months ago. Now, I am gonna have a bunch of gossipy women in my house. Great! Gotta actually clean the front porch and get the front and side yards looking less like an abandoned home. Next weekend will be the actual "putting up the decorations". (which is a lot of work, but I really do love it).

Ann, I am glad your Dad is doing well. That is a tough surgery. Getting the mass out is great.

Off to start the .... omg vacuuming. I HATE to vacuum!

Want me to come down and help put up lights? I'd bring the kiddos, but they both have basketball practice next weekend. Don't worry about gossipy women in your house, it's beautiful even without the lights.

I hate vacuuming, too, but I do LOVE that the kiddos are old enough to do it now.

Come on down! I miss having kids old enough to do vacuuming. It is sad, when they come home now, they automatically know the answer to the question "do you need any help?" They just ask "Where do you want me to vacuum"?

Ya gotta love well trained kids!
