For a goal I am thinking something along the lines of:

3 bike rides, 3 runs, 2 AB and 2 weight workouts a week.

Ok... Ok... time to put up... I am all run in the November month, but I am going to throw in the abs in there as well... You have inspired me sailing!

So..... Here it is (Drumroll Please...) 1for1 Bids:

40 miles run for the month

350 Minutes of ABS Workout for the month.

Hey, you're in NC, too! OK, you get some extra points for that. (Although, point are meaningless here. Kind of like in the Drew Carey show, where he says, "And the points don't matter.) Your team will have: 3 Moscs Enders_shadow (who requested to be with the Moscs.) Comet-the-dog Saling4 Hazmaster 1for1 Anyone else supposed to go on the list?

Charlotte is great! Yep, the points are meaningless, kind of like the friends that tell you are crazy for running so much.. LOL

Sounds like it to me! Sailing, My Captain my Captain! Will you lead us all to victory again? Or shall we select another captain to give you a breather?

Oh Dee.... in  just a few days Im off the hook too.... kick my feet up, relax... compile final results, check out some hot legs...

Ahh, the Twinkies.... In September, we had a bike/swim team challenge. During the challenge, there was a lot of smack talk.... We called one another Twinkies, for instances. It was suggested that people on the losing teams should change their avatars to Twinkies for the month of November.... And so, here we are. Come to think of is.... Saling4 was in that challenge.... Hm..... Was it Saling who STARTED the Twinkietar revolution? Dee

Oh @#$%. It was 11:15 PM when I got online. I SWORE I wouldn't be on past 11:30 PM. Yep, I did. Was absolutely, positively SURE that I wouldn't be on past that time.... And now it's.... 1:22 AM. Whoopsie. LOL! Plus, I'm wide awake now.

It does wake me up. There's no way I want to go to beddie-by now. Maybe I should move to Oz. I wouldn't have jet lag when I arrived, at least.

I tell ya women have memories like elephants.  I would have a Twinkitar, BUT no ONE ever answered my plea on how to change it (you will find that in the same thread).  So there!!

Looks like a great team to me.  The spreadsheet will be a bit weird...LOL.
