I did try a new alternative this summer that went over pretty good... grilled carrots. I just cut large carrots into sticks and put them on the grill for a few minutes rotating them. Great alternative to fries when doing burgers. Yummy. Grilled carrots. I grill asparagus. OMG, SO good! |
