My arms are still sore from my mega-push up day Tuesday.  So today I could only do weenie sets of five, five, four.five and four.five and then after spin a whopping three.  Booooo.  I can hardly hold my arms above my head...awesome.  =)  But I'm gonna be ripped.  =)  Haha.

Happy B-day Jan. Nice to have another Scorpio in the mix. Mine was Sunday.

MAN, I can't get over how slow TAN is these days. Death throws? Taper? Normal cycle? Curiouser and curiouser.

I went out in the parking lot, opened all of her car doors, her trunk, her hood, moved her seat back, turned on her wipers, lights, 4 ways on, radio way up, and steering wheel the whole way up.

HAHAHA, oh man it was funny. She was laughing so hard she couldn't breathe. When she turned the key on... after closing all of her doors and stuff, and the radio blared and the windshield wipers went crazy... she just sat there and laughed.

I'm gonna get it...
