There is an awesome bean bag here that is really comfy to sleep on but since we are full open plan there is nowhere to take it for a nap

Put it in a conference room or something you reserved for a "conference call". I hear that works where my husband works.

Thyroid meds seem to finally be starting to work. I'm feeling better today. Also dressed nicer at work, so maybe that has something to do with it. I feel better when I look better. Sounds really shallow, but it works.

Glad you are feeling better.. will remember this Friday night when S is taking me out for dinner.... weve been planning on doing it for awhile and i cant wait!!!

I havent been out for dinner in AGES and just an hour or so with my gorgeous man, dressed up with hair and makeup and stuff... wont matter how tired and icky I am... Im gonna go and really enjoy it

That's fair. My mom refused to let me get anything other than the two holes in my ear until I could sign for it myself (at 18). Plus, unless you're really careful, they don't heal well

My dad is so stinkn stubborn!!!! He insists on gargling with mouthwash even though he is incapable. It all either runs down his chin or straight down his throat.

In the meantime I have to wait when I would really like to get to bed. I was going to go home tonight...before 9pm. well it is eleven now and he still has a ways to go before he is 'settled' for the night.

I am sick of it.

he tells them that he needs to use the toilet right before they have to leave and so either me or my mom has to do all the toileting and everything that follows. Or he insists on a suppository and then is up most of the night with accidents and needing to sit on the commode for an hour at a time...and then get settled for bed...only to need the toilet again.
