Awesome! I think Ive just been appointed head of 'getting a bunch of people to do a triathlon' - will find a race and shoot an email round... Lets seen then who wants to commit to it! Then I need to find people to take a swim session etc... should be interesting! Fly me over and set me up with minimal room and board and I will give lots of free swim lessons. And yes, I have years of experience in teaching swim lessons-including adults. |

I always like seeing people who never thought they could finish actually get to the finish line. It'll be really cool working with those people along the way. Yeah - nice extension to my BT challenge stuff too! |

Especially with those who were trying to overcome their fear of the water. I have almost always felt at home-the almost is in case I have blocked out some bad experience and just don't realize it. I can just float on my back or scull around and let all the tension seep out. |

Morning Kristen, did you get the promotion package in, or am I way behind? It's on my desk. I'm waiting for my assistant to proofread the final version...should be in by noon today (one day early, I might add!) In the meantime, I'm trying to catch up (at least a little bit) but my froat hurts. Elder Monkey's "froat hurts" and she gave it to me. GRRR. |

I didn't want to do one so small for my first, but this one fits my schedule better than Shamrock unfortunately) Mid-May - Kinetic Sprint - get an early OWS out of the way...hopefully this one fits, otherwise I'm going to just do the pool sprint at the Y across the street End of June - General Smallwood Oly - no dates on this one yet - but hopefully it will be about the same time as last year...I don't wanna wait until the end of July for an Oly Early September - Patriots Half? (or Oly?) - I like to think big Early October - 12 Hours of Momentum - 'Cause I couldn't do it this year |

Morning Nibbs! Morning Kristen, did you get the promotion package in, or am I way behind? Funny, my froat hurts today too with some added sinus congestion...hmm...internet virus? Well, at least it's FORCING me to take some recovery time after the mary, so no swimming and running today... But because I was feeling carpy last night, I did sit down and get my race report finished... Have a good day Nibbs...I may leave from work early today... |

There are A LOT of BTers that do those races...newleaf comes to mind... I suppose tonight might be a good time to get my 2009 schedule together...and NO...IMFL is not on the list this year... |
