Artemis - 2009-05-29 4:43 PM I did an extra run from what I was planning, but with my run tomorrow and race on Sunday I will definitely make my goal for the month.

I am 100% on PT/strength workouts now, too.

I'm getting there!  Don't worry about me.

I never had any fear Jen, you rock!

Hello team,
Got back from business trip late last night. Was able to run and bike at the hotel on Wednesday and had a swim today. The only thing left to complete my challenge is the bike portion. With my long bile ride on Sunday and maybe one tomorrow (if Robert can keep his rain and stop sending it my way...) I should be able to complete it.

I will think about it But I will need at least half a day to finish my bike portion of the challenge.

And, if the rain stops long enough for things to dry up a little, I'll get out for a short bike ride to push to 100% - I only need 9 km.

Pushed hard to "keep up" with two guys wearing fins.

Wow. Surprised you could keep up with them...you know, I've never seen anyone wearing fins at my health club pool here in Japan. I will guess it is not allowed.

Doing my best to finish up the run goal.  I'll be doing three miles tomorrow and an 8k race on Sunday (yeah for double miles!!).  I may have to do another short run on Sunday or be a mile short.

I'll do my best.  Running is not going as planned this month, but I'm trying.

Good luck with your race Jen!!

Well, I got out for my run. It was raining pretty hard by the time I was done, but it felt great. I slowed up my pace a little and am hoping that my knees will be okay tomorrow so that I can wrap up with one more run and a short bike ride.
