Okay, I've been trying to find the post with the chart and spreadsheet. Found one, but it does not work. Can someone please repost it so I don't have to hunt through another 20+ pages of posts from the weekend.

Thanks.

When you have a lot of "issues" like asthma and back surgery and so forth saying the common sense thing is to not do something (like run)...the self talk to prove that "common sense" illogical is a blast.

self...you shouldn't do that, it will stress your back

other self...you can't sit around forever, go try

self...you really can't do that run, your asthma is acting up

other self...take 2 puffs of that inhaler, and 2 more puffs of the other one, lace up the shoes and GO

self...well, you aren't wheezing

other self...my point exactly, I'm not wheezing...just coughing (and yes, I have been known to run and cough the whole time --just read my log from last winter when I had pneumonia!)

btchallenge

challengeforum

And youll get a list of all the team spreasheets and be able to access yours... Im lazy so I do that all the time rather than looking for links!
