Of course we are on vastly different kinds of medications, but two of the three I'm on are known to cause weight gain, one of them significantly so ... I've put back on the pounds I lost when I was sick and now am just trying to maintain, with the added training and eating something remotely healthy once in a while. It's hard to work with the sugar cravings, though, that's a direct result of the medication. Trying to eat a lot of fruit. I'm the same weight I am in the holiday pic, just different proportions since I haven't been able to train much. Bigger boobs, bigger hips. |

No one is ever going to complain if yuo have a bigger cheast and hips - just makes you more womanly! I actually think its good youve gained back the weight lost while sick.... Im not sure what Im up to this week... I need to put some thought into it because I really need to workout what the plan is for my time off or I will do what I have done in the past and end up sitting around home doing nothing a lot then thinking I should have gotten out and enjoyed the time off! |

I ahve on a pair of trousers today that I havent fit into since i first started working here 2.5 years ago... I got them when i started gaining weight and went up the first dress size on the medication... Not much else fits me yet but I will take this victory That's great!
