Reached my swimming goal this morning! YEAH!

@Kendra: Yes, I hope I haven't jinxed it either.... Maybe do one of the sessions tomorrow, just in case we get really bad weather and I can't ride outside....

Went over to the Medical Office next door for a free TANITA body analyser test . Its good to get an accurate mesurement , It gives a printout with body fat % for each arm , leg and trunk and whole body , not like the results were any surprise.

It is lower than what i was measuring at home. Relief.
I think my $50 Target scale at home is off by quite a bit . On the upper side.

 

Now i need to go back in a month and see if its improved . Hum ....That sounds like a goal for next month .. does it not

LOL-Do you mean lose body fat next month or just go back and get it measured again?

Replace    "or "  with    "and"  .  

Target a  % loss through diet  and   measure again  in 4-6 weeks .  

I will reduce  refined sugars from my diet and replace  with more fruit and vegetables .

Yeah! Way to go.

I also reached goal on swimming today. Went and got my time in at lunch (took a long lunch, working early & late to make up for it) So two at 100%. Two more to go.

Okay team. I got my bike to 100%. Did 3.25 miles today on the run and that puts me at 88%. I have 4 miles to go. If I can get another run in tonight I will, cause tomorrow is a long work day and chances of getting in 4 miles ontop of that is slim, 2 maybe. But I'm not giving up. I will do my best to get the last 4 in even if I have to crawl.

I see a couple of other 100s on our sheet with a bunch in the 90's. Keep it up team. We can do it. Go TEAM RESOLUTION!

Hi Team Resolution!

I swam at lunch today to get my last 40 minutes in, whew! swim is at 100%.  Now have to go long tomorrow for my last run miles.  My schedule had me running today and Sunday but my legs are too tired today.  Plan on doing 9 tomorrow. 

Keep up the good work everyone.  We can do it!
