Subject: RE: Bring on the INSANITY!nevergivin - 2010-11-22 8:26 AM Pure Cardio this morning, Im suffering from crossover soreness from doing Abripperx. I kept up with Sean most of the workout so things are allot better than 60 days ago, level 2 was not so bad. I already have my healthy Thanksgiving Dinner menu planned out: grilled turkey breasts with herbs, steamed carrots, steamed brussle sprouts, steamed green beans, steamed yams, lowfat turkey gravy. Im not a big cranberry fan, also I have yet to come up with a lo-cal healthy desert option to replace pumpkin pie, any suggestions? Got it. Pumpkin Pie Protien Pudding- One 1.5 oz. package Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (I use Jell-o brand ) -3/4 oz. water -2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury brand ) -2 tablespoons canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix ) -1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Ignore the pudding mix instructions to mix with milk. Instead, whisk the dry pudding mix with the pumpkin pie spice. Combine the water with the protein powder and stir into the dry pudding/protein mixture. Add the canned pumpkin and whisk for a couple of minutes until it's all smooth; cover and put in the fridge for at least 5 mins to set. 107 cals 14 g protein 12 g carbohydrates, of which 3 are sugar from the pumpkin. |
