Things that are not fun: chasing the cat in the dark in the rain.

She really likes outside and she ran out when my husband took the garbage out. Unfortunately she didn't realize it was raining and started running. Ugh. I hate chasing the cat.

Yuck... Im guessing she STILL didnt want to come inside in spite of the rain Hope you are nice na dry now!

I hate not being able to sleep.

nite Jen....I am with you...I am wide awake and I do not want to be...I too am going to try and go to sleep.....just got finished with my last batch of triple chocolate cookies. MMMM and I was good and only had one! that is why I am going to bed...I want more!!!!

hehe why not? Even if its an early night - not just going to the gym or going home is always something different...

No Im not hot lava... although maybe tonight I should pretend Iam.. or will that have a weird outcome? What happens to onions when they get less hot? They become less potent?

I am finishing up my coffee and giving my oatmeal a little time to digest, then it's off for a 6 mile run. Busy training weekend for me. 6 mile run today, metric century bike tomorrow (62 miles) and a 10 mile run on Sunday. Also must sign up kiddos for swim team on Sunday. And hubby is racing a crit on Sunday, but in another town. Crazy month of April.

haha Im back from riding in the car with the hot man!!!! Morning!!! He is a mate of mine, 30, not hard to look at, sweet, entertaining and emotionally unavailable.... we had chemistry once, a few years ago.... these days its just easy company... a friendship really..

Snow's just about melted...but I'm kind of bumming this morning...I was all set to bike commute into work this morning, and then realized half my gear was sitting in a gym bag that I left at the (corporate) gym...

Uhh...I'll start next week...maybe then it won't be 31 degrees in the morning...

Yeah, Friday.... Booo, I gotta work Saturday.

Hoping for a run today, haven't done anything since Tues.

Quick tip for parents considering getting child a fish tank....
1.) It's more expensive when you're at the register than what you thought it would be looking at tags on shelf. (dont' forget heater, special chemical to clean ornaments, rocks - yes I forgot to add in rocks)
2.) Make sure the cheap heater you buy fits (actually only the small expensive heaters fit small cheap tanks) Will require additional trip back to pet store3.) Don't forget that you're going to have to explain why you can only buy the tank today, and not the fish for two more days (yeah - I didn't realize this until "pet consultant" explained it to me - okay I've NEVER owned a fish other than a beta)
4.) It takes more than just a FEW minutes to set up!!!

Other than that.... 5 yr old b-day went well... still got to bake cake (I've only done a few in my life) for party on Sunday.
