Good job Josh.  Working as you are is also loggable in BT.  Protein is always hard for me to get with out supplements.

Morning, Skinnies.

Weighed myself this morning after a crappy end-of-the-week last week (too much travelling, too much socializing that involves food & drink & more drink). I've been pretty good since I came back late Saturday, but the scale is toying with me. (I think my legs are a little sore & swollen from my run yesterday, so maybe tomorrow will surprise me pleasantly. Or not.)

And I'm putting my money on an even tie between Saling & Sherm...(I'm a diplomatic sort, y'know).

Morning Skinnies.  Unlike Sherm and Sal, I haven't accomplished anything yet this morning other than being 35 minutes late to work.  Traffic was a booger.  My 4 yo said, "Mommy, since we're late anyway, let's just go eat at McDonalds"...so we did.

HOWEVER...I pr'd my run last night.  A little over 11 minute miles.   I started with 15 minute miles just 7 short months ago.  I am so very excited about running now

Just thought I'd share  Have a great day!

Carla:  Great job on the run.  I had that feeling once....sigh.

Xmann:  Weigh to go.  Enjoy cheat meal this evening.

Enders:  Never mistook you for a diplomat,  but then again I am never sarcastic.

Carla: That's awesome on your run time.  We're at about the same miles per minute, though you're doing twice the distance, so I really shouldn't compare.

Xmann: Big congratulations on your weight loss and on going past your goal.

Still recovering from last week and the weekend where I ate way too much. I should not let  myself get talked in to ordering pizza and going to Sonic. Tisk, tisk. Back on track and sticking to our preplanned menu list this week though.

You know....after watching all the olympic swimming you would think that I would fly out of the bed in the morning and head straight to the pool. I know I"ll get the swimming mojo back. Watching the olympic swimming has helped though....I've picked up some pointers.

I MISS SONIC!!! Every time I go back to Texas (or really anywhere that has a Sonic), I always have to order the Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade. It seriously is the perfect drink

On a weight loss note...

Last time: 215.5
This week: 213.5
Total: -2

Now I just need to get back to training. I've got a 5K coming up in less than a month and a duathlon that is a month from tomorrow. I haven't had any real training time for 6 weeks. I'm such a loser!

I have not weighed myself today...concidering last night was the first day since friday that I did not eat left over wedding cake or eat really poorly, I bet I am back up in weight.  No more!  I need to keep steady.

I have never had Sonic...they don't have them in my area.  Next time I drive up to see my dad, I may try to take a detour to get sonics...we see their comercials and their food looks good, in a fat drenched fast food way.
