My run at lunch was pretty good, the weather was overcast and cool so I ended up going 4 miles instead of 3

4.00m 39'08"

I also did the pushup challenge this evening and struggled a bit. I never did many pushups before this so no matter what I break my record for pushups done in a day like everyday. What a challenge though.

Pushups 5 sets

Core #1: 1 circuit

25mins

Arghh.  Another busy shift thus far.  Got in my workout at 8pm.  Hoping for a slow night as tomorrow I've got a 200+ mile drive to pick up some furniture, then return... same day, another 200 miles.

God I love that quote. I want to go bust a tower. Ha, Awesome. Wish I could bust a tower in my New Balances.

Tower, this is Ghost rider requesting a flyby.
Air Boss Johnson: That's a negative Ghost rider, the pattern is full.

Yesterday was #4. Today I'm back to PT. Struggling a bit with frustration with the slowwwwwwww process of healing. Missing my cardio buzzes IMMENSELY.

Keep it up , Air Wingers!

Went out for a short run  (2 mi)  and it became 5 miles with 3 loops circuits with  hills repeats , drills on the flats and fartlek on the downhill .  Many people in the park today so it was fun to use them as rabbits .

Question about the Challenge Rules Bonus

On the same day   Can two 30 mins workouts  ,  Or a Long session  Totaling 60 + mins   count for  two points ?

I THINK it is one day, one point for at least 30 minutes. If you go over, its still one point per day.

I got in number 5. It was harder this week than last. I'm really going to have to concentrate to get in six for the next two weeks.

Good luck, everyone!
