That sounds like a good thing to me, meaning they gave you more Meg of space allocation. he routed my email archive to my drive on the server instead of the hard drive on my comp. ever since he did that i can only access my archive half the time, i have to restart outlook and sometimes re-connect to the network or restart my laptop, several times a day. and when i'm on travel i can't access it at all which is a HUGE problem as i store lots of crap in there...it's just FRUSTRATING. and he will NOT put the archive back on my laptop because it's not backed up. wtf. |

Is this a policy? Is it YOUR choice, as the customer, to decide what you want and where you want to maintain your archive (obvious disclaimer that they won't be responsible if you don't back it up yourself)?
