A little snow is falling on top of the cople inches we got yesterday/overnite. Dog has those big "lets go run, please please please" eyes. May be an impromptu triathlon today? I am such a sucker. Well, in T2 now, think this transition may be a couple hours though! |

Didn't stay very peachy last week, but my hour on the trainer this morning should set me up for the last peachy week of December. I may have to continue peaching for January...even though I didn't get a perfect month, I'm certainly better off than I would have been without the challenge! The neighborhood roads are almost clear enough to run on again, thank goodness. This past week I hardly ran at all since I was avoiding the treadmill. Here's to clear streets... |

First time Ihave ever done swim bike and run on same day not in a race. Kinda funny. Lots of endorphins keeping me happy. Wife thinks I am nuts. |
