Hey all, so I'm afraid I've been very un-peachy this week.  That is, no peach on Wednesday and Thursday, and I won't be doing any major training today.  I'm not writing today off just yet as far as peach goes, but I certainly won't be doing any true training.

I must get a little bit of peachy in today and get back on the wagon tomorrow!
