Are we still under the general rule that a session is 20-30 minutes?

If that's the case, one couldn't count the swim of a sprint leg as a swim session, right?

I *think* this is a 'chose your own adventure' challenge... so you decide what counts and what doesnt!
Yep, exactly.

Awesome, I'll just think about running, and have that count!
My rule is that I get to taser you. Now, let's discuss whether the tasering shall be a reward or a punishment. I'll let you decide that. Either way, I just may choose to do the opposite of what you want. I'm difficult like that. P.S. I would comment on your pizza goal, but since I'm at work, I won't. :P

Cool -  I should have put down a goal related to ice cream...

Were we on the same team the month I had a nap goal?

Yep!  I think you hit your goal too..

HollyW - 2010-06-07 1:52 PM Hey team!!  Got my goals posted on the spreadsheet (finally) but it's not totaling my average.  How do I fix?  Got a swim & a short run in yesterday.  Today is a rest day but will try to get some yoga in this evening.  Have a great Monday!!!

I'll drop in and fix it...if somebody hasn't already.

It will cost you.  I'll let the team decide what that should be.

Fixed.

I say she should buy a certain teammate lunch at a certain restaurant after a certain race this Saturday...  Just an idea

I'm supposing that certain teammate would be in OK this weekend.  What a coincidence.

Well, it's almost 7:30 p.m. - I'm still at the office - and won't be home before 8:30.  Day 1 of the trial is over - full day on tap tomorrow and half a day Wednesday, at a minimum.  I still need to prep for a scientist who is going to tell us about the paint on the dead guy's clothes matching (some) of the paint on the defendant's car.  Really interesting stuff.  Have a general idea what I am going to ask, just not sure yet.  Anyway, said all that, just so I could say I hope to get a P90X workout in (Plyo) as I don't think I'll run or bike in the dark tonight.  (no street lights where I live Wink

Have a good one, y'all!

Yeah, Mrs Chad thought I should have picked yard work as well.  In the end, I put pizza as a goal.    Seriously.

Hi Team 2-mates...
I've been SLACK-TASTIC this month.  I only missed one day of workouts, which I'll make up tomorrow, but I haven't even entered my goals in the spreadsheet.  Dee, I kneel before thee and await thy tasering!  But my goals are straight off my training plan and are as follows:

Swim - 12 sessions
Bike - 12 sessions
Run - 12 sessions

I will get them in there, I promise!  I got an hour trainer ride in this morning and have a 30 min treadmill run at lunchtime.  Have a great day!

Really, at our house if the chores aren't done there is no pizza.... much less ice cream

Morning, Team!!  What does everyone have planned for today?

After a 40- mile bike ride Saturday and both walk/running and swimming yesterday, I am rounding out my training today by going to a volunteer orientation meeting for the Hy-Vee Triathlon.

I also plan to spend a good portion of my day debating whether I should sign up for a 26-mile road bike race on June 27th (part of the Iowa Games).

Howdy folks! Back online for probably the last time for a week. Been having a great time in Mexico City. I was told the air is super bad so I left my running shoes at home and have regretted it. I did get in a couple of good strength sessions in though. Its been a good weekend. Heading out to Veracruz in a couple of hours.

Got in a good workout yesterday but not exactly sure how to log it. Went to see the pyramids north of Mexico City. Amazing. Hiked up three. Steep steps. There is one section of the Sun pyramid that is so step that when I am standing up (and I'm 6 ft 1 in) I can reach out my hand and touch the steps at shoulder level without leaning forward. I'll have to post some pictures when I get back. Anyway. I ran up each section of the Sun pyramid (except for the really steep section) and took a rest break in between. The lowest section was the best workout. So, does it count as a hill workout or lower body strength training? Haven't decided. I probably won't put it down for anything for my monthly goals. It was a lot of fun. If anyone gets the chance, I would highly recommend it and well worth the money if you pay the extra for the tour guide.

I can only claim responsibility for the spreadsheet. The training I've logged has been sadly lacking so far this month.

(No. You may *not* taser me. I knew the month was going to start off busy, and planned my goals accordingly.)

(You are all a bunch of taser-happy people. I wonder why that is.)

Paul, if that's not an "official workout", I don't know what is!  Put it in your log!  And take me with you next time... that sounds like an awesome trip!!!!
