Nothing gained and nothing lost this week. I am counting that as a win since I had the double whammy of being on the road and not getting any training in at all.

My first weigh-in in over a month... I'm down a pound.  Which makes for a grand total of 3 lbs lost this challenge.  Sooooo, nowhere near my goal, but at least it's moving in the right direction.

OOPS! Posted on the wrong thread.

Here we go:
Not only have I fallen off the wagon, I've lost sight of it. I'm at 141.6 today, but today I'm buckling down, by golly. I know, I know. I say that every challenge. Cry My boy and I being sick for near two weeks put a halt to training and when I'm stressed out, I eat! ARRRGH!

Updated my weigh in the spreadsheet.
