mjh1975 - 2013-01-17 1:39 PM So I dont know about anyone else, but the most important thing in my office is COFFEE.  I come back after a morning of meetings and think ah, time for a nice cup of coffee.  What do I find, the pot is empty...NO....its kinda like home folks.  If you take the last one (or the last cup in this case) replace it or make a new pot.  Simple stuff right.

I posted this next to our office coffee pot last year. It was promptly taken down, hahaa

http://www.passiveaggressivenotes.com/2011/05/13/coffee-pot-flowchart/

Awesome!

My favorite part is fear of germs and being judged being more or less on the same level.  I think that applies to handwashing too (should be for germs, right? But *clearly* a lot of it happens solely for appearance's sake).

How come the idea of multiple gods is normally referred to as mythology (e.g. Greek Mythology), but the monotheistic ideas are referred to as religion?

I like the idea of multiple gods with human traits and behavior (jealousy, quarreling, vindictiveness, alcohol consumption). It would explain a lot...

Tony reminds me of PAN - so he's the god of shepherds (and sheep...)

Monica - goddess of leisure

Kate - goddess of pain and comfort (a dichotomy, but she either punishes those who do wrong, or soothes those that please her)

Tech-diver - god of the seas

Elaine - goddess of nature

I gave up on that series like 3 or 4 books in.  I just got tired of it.  I hope it goes better for you.

I have the last book in the Wheel of Time series sitting next to my bed that I have not been able to get to yet.
