I am sorry for sharing but I feel as though it's party of my own coping. lol Ughhh. I am absolutely sure it's illegal. It was a pretty main road too. I try to be uhh forward thinking but the whole scene put me over the edge. |

You kind of look like a Cheeto. Long, skinny, red-adorned, although not crooked. Probably delicious. |

SIL is firmly moved in she and DH had a massive fight yesterday that's kinda awkward! When things get tricky I jump on the trainer!!! Awesome! Maybe that means she'll move out sooner. Any idea what the fight was about? I (and you!) would probably be a lot more sympathetic if your in-laws had helped you much in Greece, but they didn't. Too bad. |

I am happy about those. They are a 5k, a timed hill run max 7.6 miles and a 7.1 mile. I am also going to be able to get back to swimming today. I am really looking forward to it. |

Doing 30/30 was one of the best exercises I ever did. It taught me a lot about consistency and my ability to get out every day, even when you don't feel like it.
You should plan races for all of the locations you are visiting on you road trip |

My volume is as high as many of them. My distance, however, not so much. Psshh don't worry about that. Lots of people train by volume anyway I don't even bother with distances--rarely I'll take a segment of a run and even more rarely an entire run and just see how I'm trotting along, if it's anywhere near where I should be according to how I'm feeling and conditions, etc. I do swim by distance but I actually don't pay much attention to the total time it takes, which is really arbitrary in swimming anyway as it's broken up into sets with rest intervals and often between sets as well. In any case, I'm outstanding at ignoring other people :D I try not to let this be a fault. |

Pennsylvania | Subject: RE: Mad Manatee Mentors, Part 2! CLOSED Wow, that was tough but I overcame temptation! Free food leftover from a meeting was put out at the 'vulture bar', including the HUGE, yummalicious cookies from Panera. After standing there staring at them for at least a minute trying to decide if I was going to take a whole one, half of one or 1/4 of one, I chose to walk away, go get my yogurt out of the fridge and eat that. Yikes! FYI cookies are a major weakness for me. |

Gosh that is the worst. I have something in my blood that just make me a total sucker for free stuff so, that combined with FOOD is just danger. Nice, nice, NICE work. I'm super impressed. |

Then I bought some knock-off Ding Dongs at the gas station. In my defense, I am ALWAYS hungry these days. |

What's the typical mileage/volume in these 30/30 challenges? I've seen other positive responses from them and curious just how much running in addition to normal volume that it is |
