Hi kids. Gray day in Atlanta.  I want to ride my bike but it will probably not get above 43 today.  That is right at my limit.  I guess I could layer up and still ride.

Morning! On my way to the gym to beat up a 25 yo. He wants to get ready for the cage. I figure when he can beat an old guy like me he might be able to do OK against another young buck.

Actually, I was a bit off Ken. We should hit 28 today but it is still outside and no clouds in sight. I'll head out running in an hour or so. Just a bit warmer..........

Happy Saturday, TAN!

Nothing planned for today at all.  Might do an hour on the bike and a run or something, but I've no specific plans.  It's kinda weird & nice

Watching basketball after having pancakes for lunch. Thinking of doing a long run outside today. It's not super cold.

Never a waste; just an I opportune try. Maybe commissioned pieces like your lawn wine stands is the ticket? Talk to a resort type hotel with an outdoor patio.

I know and I am putting pieces out with a few local places with fair commission prices.  Was hoping for a bigger show, and it just didn't happen.

Morning flippy, sorry to hear your show didn't go better.

Morning TAN. I am trying to figure out if I have to repert for jury service tomorrow. They are rather ambiguous in their instructions. And it is still cold in FL WTH!

Went to see Kodo last night; they play Japanese drums. It was Awesome!!!

I think that work should think that you have jury duty. Then, either you go to the courthouse or go for a bike ride.

Hey Kate,

It's cold in Atlanta too.  Hotlanta it is not.

We are headed to All Saints in a few minutes.  Then it is birthday parties. Actually for the first one, we missed the real party but we are going to go by and drop off a present for the baby.  It is her first birthday.  The mom and dad are friends from Georgia Tech,  two PhDs, one a professor now, the other a VP of a successful high tech medical start up.  Then, a family party for a niece in Cleveland.  She is 24.  I think we were not invited to the good party with her friends in Nashville, judging from Facebook.  She is really fun and talented. It will be fun.

Spent the day doing a live radio show for the Wabash Trace (Rail Trail) in southwest Iowa raising money.  Played music along with other musicians that had a good time.  Don't know how much money was raised but a good time was had by all.

I loved the Wabash Trace back in the day when I was living in Omaha. Nice job and kudos for donating time for a good cause!

We had 9 different musicians playing (donated time) and we had 3 state speech students do their performances and a few other things were done as best we could for radio.  It was fun to do as a live radio show, as when we made mistakes on the ads we were doing live also, the crowd would laugh.  Since you were around the area Tony, you might even remember Stoner Drug Store.  They are still in business, and that was just too easy for people to laugh at.  And of course we had it at the Wabash Winery in Shenandoah, so the wine/beer/sangria was flowing through our veins.
