I stil hold my planks at 1 min and occasional hit a 2 min (ok, once or maybe twice ) or 1:30 min. But my goal is to try to do at least 1 min plank for every day of the month. Now that being said, I had to do 6 planks on the last day of the month to insure I hit 31 plank min for the month. :- ( Edited by Pink Socks 2015-06-02 11:22 AM
