You're only making yourself the fool, nowhere have I EVER defended faithless electors, not in 2016 and not now. You seem to selectively forget that nearly all of the faithless electors in 2016 were democrats voting for Sanders, Powell, and Kasich. Stop trying to make excuses for corrupt behavior.

Sidney never bet the farm, they disavowed her after the conspiracy theory ridden claims at the press conference. Maybe you should talk to your son to better understand how little liability she has over this, she has her "security guy" who is making the claims about Dominion vulnerabilities to pin everything on, she will simply say she was mislead. Well I have been called far worse than fool so I will let the personal attack slide. I did not say you supported faithless electors and neither do I. The MI House speaker already debunked that claim. He said Trump did not try to interfere in any way. Having said that, if the republicans fail to certify it would go to the House (MI) and they could appoint electors who could overrule the majority. I am against this too which is why I hope they complete their investigations and rush to a conclusion.

I was surprised to see Trump team “distance” themselves from Sidney. Probably a good thing to do politically to hedge their bets. If she has the goods it works to Trump’s good. If she doesn’t, then Trump can disavow her accusations. Sort of. :-)

I think that by the end of the week, if Sidney fails to “blow up” GA it’s game over.

So prediction time again. Pick a date that Trump will concede? I’m going with Dec 4. About the time Gore conceded (the second time).

Date to concede ? He won't. it will be some kind of permission for his people to talk to Biden. He will not say "I lost", "I concede"....

Previously I defended the Powel/Rudy presser. But the more I read and hear, I think it was a mistake. They hyped it as a bombshell but did not present any hard core evidence. Would have been better IMO to just keep their powder dry until they can present the “bombshell”
Evidence not bombshell accusations. What was the purpose of the briefing? IDK. But I do think they lost credibility. Now, had they held the presser and held up a stained dress with DNA proof the whole world would be watching with cigar baited breath.

My reading of the tea leaves is this is put up or shut up week. Either she has irrefutable proof or it’s all over.

Having said that I thought the DNA evidence against OJ was irrefutable but they still lost the case.

All roads lead thru GA. MI just certified their vote. So Trump needs to flip GA, PA and WI for 277 and the win. The trifecta! So far the recount in WI has not shifted many votes. PA will end up in the SCOTUS. GA is in Sidney’s hands.

Sometime people hit the trifecta but it is rare. Speaking of horse races...in ‘77 I bet $777 on a horse named Lucky 7 running out of gate 7 in the 7th race. Did he win? Heck no, he came in 7th.

If it's over it's over.... we'll see. But if so, I wish President Biden well. He'll be my President. There is no part of me that could act like Democrats have the last 4 years. I will never forget.

My hope is Biden picks a Chief of staff who is strong enough and wise enough to hold back the AOC nutjob socialists. Biden is in mental decline an seems very weak. I never thought GWB was a very strong or wise president and my guess is Carl Rove was the brains in that administration.

Many in the media are predicting Biden will dramatically change the country. I don’t think so. If he does there will be another shellacking in the midterms.

I honestly think there was enough fraud that it flipped the election but if you can’t prove it, it doesn’t matter and per the constitution he won. Then again I belong to a cult and like the other 74 million people who voted for did so because we drank the Kool-aid and are incapable of rational thinking. For 4 years Trump supporters were called every vile name in the book, racists, bigots, white supremacists, homophobes, trailers, idiots and cultists. And yet people kept drinking the Kool-aid and his ranks grew stronger.

I’ve read there are many leftist who still feel butthurt because Biden just barely won. There was no blue wave. In fact, just the opposite. Dems lost a dozen or so House seats, a couple of State legislators and governors and republicans will likely keep the Senate.

Trump will not quietly ride off into the sunset. Obama broke the mold about not speaking against the current president and I’m sure Trump will be opining on every Biden move with “see, I told you this was gonna happen”. He will also likely be on the 2022 campaign trail to help flip the House. Since he is still the cult leader, his cultists will turn out in droves.

I hope, if nothing else, the investigations turn up enough fraud to push election reforms in various states.

Still hoping Sidney is our Alamo. :-)

Is there some kind of expectation of not blaming everything, including bad weather on the previous president ?



I hope Biden sends a message to both sides and leaves Bernie out of key positions.

If anything I think this election showed the American people don't want radicals from either party.

My constitutional concern is what happens if Biden is sworn in and criminal investigations continue and evidence of massive fraud is found. What is forensic analysis shows proof of voter fraud......what then? He can’t be impeached for something that happened before he took office. Could the SCOTUS order a recall or re-vote? If he and Harris are forced to resign then we end up with President Pelosi. Could the SCOTUS throw out the election in certain states and tell the state legislatures to appoint electors? That would flip GA, IDK about the other 5 or so other states. Just hypothetically musing.

The 1.8m/2.5m, is that part of the case or is it limited to "Schit Rudy says"?

The only thing I can find about the Judge stopping the certification is because GOP failed to follow proper procedure when they voted for expanding mail-in voting a year ago. Sounds pretty weak, what do they expect to do? Suppress the vote some more?

I can find nothing about legal filings over fraud or "insiders". Nothing really to snowball.

As for Sidney, with the recent distancing I think it's probably safe say to say she's got nothing but we will see.

I think most democrats are at ease now that the transition process is started, that's all it took. Doubtful these court filings get any more traction than the last few dozen attempts, you would think their heavy hitters would have gone up first.

Takes time to build a case. Rudy was testifying before PA legislature not in a case. The accusation seems like it would be very simple to verify or disprove.

I agree most Dems have been ignoring or blowing off these cases but as I posted earlier the odds makes are not paying out yet.

Unlikely the election will flip but maybe get enough notice so that the next elections can be more secure so people can have confidence in the election.

PA will end up at the Supreme Court under equal protection clause. Can’t have different set of rules for big cities than for rural districts.

Sidney faces an uphill battle as she has to put statistics in farmers terms and make her case. Bringing in experts with a bunch of statistical analysis isn’t going to cut it.

The PA judge who halted the certification will have a hearing on Friday. If Trump loses there and they certify it’s all but over.

No matter which way this goes....anybody who has confidence in an election where 90,000,000 ballots were sent out, UNSOLICITED, to simply be mailed back in, is a dolt.
