What? Huh? I have a feeling you're talking about me, but just can't seem to prove it...

Um, new avatar? I thought for a moment that you'd joined the Funky-Monkeys team.

(Yeah, I know the real team name is a lot longer. I can't remember it all.... Hold on, here it is: Funky-Chrono-Monkeys of the Frozen Cinder Tundra. No wonder I couldn't remember it all. LOL)

Easiest way is to go to the Control Panel and turn "Rich Edit" on. Or, you can do it via html: This would be pink. This would be white. (To be continued.....)

sooooooooooooo, can you guess which way beth does it?

Yep!!! the easy way

of course, I have a speedy connection and limited html skills, so it really works out best for all of us

SWEET -- Now I can talk about "he who must not be named" Sal that is and he'll NEVER know!

What?  Huh?  I have a feeling you're talking about me, but just can't seem to prove it...

ohhhh my, who is the evil green monkey?

Why it's Mojo Jojo (genius chimpanzee mad scientist), evil nemesis of the Powder Puff Girls...

That's obvious.  But Mojo Jojo is also the creator of the Rowdyruff boys...The Rowdyruff Boys pose for their first appearance.
You do want some Rowdyruff boys on this thread...right?

So which PowerPuff Girl are you?  There's a redhead, blonde and a brunette (Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup...I don't know which is which...).

Nice try on fixing that .  Hmmm... Blossom?  I'm not very flower-like.  Buttercup?  I don't wanna BE Buttercup 'cause I would need someone to whom I can scream "Suck it up, Buttercup"... and as for Bubbles, well, I do have a bubbly personality but I'm not all that gassy.  It's a tough call...

Since you have nothing better to do, Sal, you should research which Power Puff Girl is which.

Well, the POWER Puff girls do but I am not sure about Powder Puff.  Either way, we can kick serious butt here.  I was just enjoying the opportunity to hassle Sal .

O.K.  Brett, I'm concerned, but not scared .  What REALLY matters is whether you can hold a sub 9 pace after swimming a mile and biking 25 miles.  Show me the money at mile 26!  O.K., so maybe I am a LITTLE scared...

Hey Bubbles!

Best time at Lifetime Fitness Tri Minneapolis (Oly distance).

There are a few other sub challenges:
* Best swim splits during training
* Best spring sprint tri times (standardized by pace in each event).

O.K. Brett...I'm looking for your results from your last Oly...looking...looking...

So I missed my swim workout today (coughing fit kept me awake last night and I slept in this morning)...

Here's my plan for the next 2 days...4 miles running tomorrow...12 miles running on Saturday...help me hold to this guys...I've got to build my base to kick Brett's butt this season...

Sincerely, your pitiful captain...

He who must not be named SAL misunderstood my comment on Challenge within a challenge! (must be all that project preparation for ATL, ORD he's doing) While it is true he's proposed challenges within challenges between he and I, I was suggesting, based on the banter that maybe it's the GUYS against the GIRLS within our overall challenge team.  With all this Powder Puff stuff flying around.....

Maybe it is Gal's vs Guys on Who's your Marmaddy.  First gender to complete their full committments wins the accolades of the other -- just a thought to help our Cappy get out there and get his runs in....

What ya all think???

Yep, keep bringing that one up...

4.4 miles this morning, and 12 planned for tomorrow...brr...12 degrees...

Folks, we're 35% into the month.  Take your goal and multiply it by 35% and hopefully that's where you're at.  For me, I should be at 14 miles...I'm at 9.6...bad captain...bad captain...

Have a safe warm weekend everyone...

So...anyone out there planning on changing gender before the end of today, please inform me...

Only because while I'm going to do EVERYTHING I can to beat you again, it's going to be a MUCH more difficult challenge this time around....  It might be the last time I get to say it....   --- But it's not going to happen without a Hard Fought Fight to the Finish Line!
