that would be her! she is a piece of werk!!! - LOL I do think her new boss will keep her in line more though - so that's a good thing and yeah - it's a positive that it was internal - the bad thing is that it was just chaos and now the reps are hyper - sensitive - eh, it will all smooth out I just like to control the situation a bit more (I'm sure that comes as a huge surprise hehe my strategy (esp with reps) is always to act like its all super positive and no big deal... its amazing how when you stay like that they seem to believe you! Miraculous really... even when the world is falling down |
