I almost feel guilty talking about the heat when so many of our BT friends are still 'in the chill'! I am indulging in my favorite after workout drink; a berry smoothie, with soy milk and little bit of chocolate protein powder. Yummm. i cant wait until i get to the point i can say that a 22 miler is a nice easy ride on my bike. just keep pedalin' |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps Back to the topic of food......I went out to dinner with hubby and friends tonight. Had a great time but ate way too much. Good thing tomorrow is long run day! Seriously, I am soooo glad I train so I can eat. When I was loosing weight before tri training, it was no fun cause I was way too worried about calories. Now, I can eat brownies, cupcakes and whatever and not worry about it too much. Of course, all things in moderation. Blah, blah blah. |

Went from cold season to allergy season in the span of a week. Really not fun. |

I saw some garlic chicken recipe that sounded good. I think we'll have that and some roasted veggies to go with. |

Expert 1074 Madison, MS | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps Food! I would like some! Actually, I would give my right arm for a loaf of bread. Trying this low carb thing (just 1 week) that supposedly boosts the metabolism...because I need a boost to get rid of a few pounds. Just a few, but for pete's sake, they don't want to come off. So, right about now I am freakin' sick of salad, am craving pizza and beer, and have the worst headache. Yeesh. |

Okay...really? 78 and 38 minutes? What's up with that? Why not 80 and 40? 80 and 40 always get to have the fun. Let 78 and 38 get a little spotlight and have some recognition for once. Why do you hate 78 and 38? |

I love my bread and carbs WAY too much!! I've gone from about 70% carb to about 50%, though, and that really helped me lose weight. More protein was helpful because I felt full longer. |
