My week was supposed to be 5 miles today, 9 tomorrow, 5 Thursday, and 14 Saturday. I'm considering revising to (at least) 6 tomorrow, 4 Thursday, and then doing the 14 on Saturday. Any thoughts? Sometimes I like to use the in-between answer rather than the all or nothing answer. If I'm tired, but need to get a workout in, I mostly due the time, but at an easier effort. A recovery run of sorts (zone 1). You get the time in, but still let the body recover. But if you are REALLY tired. Take the day off. |
