Expert 1058 Fallon, Nevada | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed Last weekend I went to a triathlon class held in our town. IT was run by the guy who does the whole sprint in a speedo...I learned a lot about him; but on the positive I learned that we are going to have several local tris., Local meaning the next town over ranging from 30 to 70 miles. Thee will be great! My daughter and grandson are visiting again and she came out to do hill repeats with me yesterday...it was fantastic to have her pushing me and the encouragement! Happy Easter all! Cynthia |

The following is a national emergency message: Enjoy the day and please do not eat too much. This concludes the national emergency broadcast. Damn - Clearly I missed the message because I ate like a PIG! To be honest - I would have eaten like a pig anyway - I just would have felt guiltier about it.... Gonna have to lose a little weight this month. I wonder if 8 pounds is too much? |

Expert 4269 | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed Greetings BDAS: I'm pretty sure this will be the last goal sheet we do for the winter forum group. Hopefully - they will get the spring mentor groups going this week. If so, I will be sure to copy it over to the New and Improved BDAS. For your planning pleasure, feel free to use the two columns either for goals/rewards, goals/penalties, or monthly goals/weekly goals. Speaking of penalties - looks like a bunch of us are drinking Coors light this week...It's what we get for not making it happen last months (I don't know what my final workout total was but it wasn't close to 30/31. The only thing I've got going is that I wasn't alone... Speaking of challenges... what's the challenge this month Thor. I wouldn't mind another shot at the 100 pushups challenge. Have a great week... |

If it wasn't 10pm I would go out for a walk, haha. Will be easy once I'm back running (famous last words) |

Veteran 238 New Mexico | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed So last week I failed completely on the strength training. . . I just find it hard to go to the gym when it is so beautiful outside! I love going out and running or riding my bike when the weather is nice, but hate being inside! Anyway below is my summary for last week.

Expert 4269 | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed Hi All - Happy Monday to you! I managed to get the week started off right with 30 minutes of yoga today. I seem to be especially tight - wonder if that has to do with the adjustments they are making at the chiro. Would the next person who updates the weekly/monthly goal sheet add mine - the chart that's up is right for everyone else but has my goal for last week. A cut and paste should do the trick.

Extreme Veteran 968 Cape Coral, FL | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed Real cool...P90X Stretch video. This was right up my alley. Did the full hour since it was like zero impact and I feel great now. Loosey Goosey. I will be working this in to my routine for sure. At least 2x a week or 3 if I can squeeze it in. |

Veteran 340 Dallas | Subject: RE: Beer Drinker Appreciation Society - Closed Back from the farm and ready for race week! I am still a little nervous about my run as my longest run in the past month has been 5 miles, but I feel good about my base since doing the 13.1 in December. My plan is to have fun, relax during the swim, bike in high zone 1, low zone 2 and have negative splits on the run (unless the leg falls apart). I am also kind of looking forwards to recovery after. I am aware of the depression that often sets in after something like this. I am strongly considering hitting Crossfit for at least 3-6 months to work on the weakness points that popped up during this training cycle (glutes/core). It may be cheaper than Chiro. |
