They are sort of tangy and a bit crunchy, generally served in rings. mila - 2008-10-30 8:44 PM I love pizza with spinach, artichoke hearts, feta and banana peppers on it.
That sounds yummy! I love artichoke. What are banana peppers? Love banana peppers!!! Yum! |

Headed back to the Y this afternoon for swimming lessons for Cole so I'll hit the treadmill again. Kind of want to run while Liam is at school too. Thinking about running naked too....I need to think some things over and burn off a bit of stress! Half the time I find running naked to be MORE stressful! Like, where's all my data!!! Hope the thinking goes well, and it isn't anything too worrisome. Also hope Cole's stuff is progressing well. You have an appt next week, right?Yeah, running naked or running at all didn't happen yesterday afternoon. It was too cold and I don't have any cold weather gear. Sigh. Cole's stuff is chugging along I guess. We have audiology on Wednesday. I am having an independent OT eval done since the school is dragging their feet. We have to wait until he turns 6 for the neuropsych eval though. If we do it now, the wait list to get an appt is 5-7 months. If I wait until he turns 6 in Feb, we can get an appt right away. Sigh. So we wait 4 months. I'm annoyed but I guess I am learning a lesson in patience. Still very frustrated witht the whole situation and the school. Still not getting any answers from them. I'll be in the classroom today so I am hoping to get some feedback. If not, time to go to the principle I think. |

Ugh. What a chore to do at 9:40 at night. I am hungry too so I just want to eat them all. They look like this except they are orange: Yummo!! Those look like fun to make. Just balls of cake batter stuck into sticks and frosted? Very different, I like! They would be awfully dangerous, though - far too yummy to avoid.Yup, basically, bake a cake. Let it cool. Crumble it all up and mix a can of frosting in. (super messy and gooey) Make little balls and stick in the freezer. Stick a lollipop stick in them. Melt candy melts. Dip cupcake balls into candy melts and stick in a styrofoam block to cool and eat! The kiddos love them. I refrained from eating any of them. Go me!
Thats so cool! Thanks for letting me know how to make those! I'll keep it in mind for |

Extreme Veteran 470 Horsham, PA | Subject: RE: VIllanous Vampires Team Thread eurydice79 - 2008-10-30 9:28 PM Crap - I'm 1.5km off completeting my running goal for this month and I wasn't able to run this morning. I got some stomach pain during the night and running was not going to feel good so I gave it a miss. I had my gall bladder taken out 8 years ago and occasionally I'll get these pains associated with it. Oh well. I managed to complete 98% of my goal this month so thats pretty good!
98% is terrific! |

Extreme Veteran 470 Horsham, PA | Subject: RE: VIllanous Vampires Team Thread eurydice79 - 2008-10-30 9:30 PM I got bitten by a dog yesterday! Big, nasty Shepherd. It was muzzled but still managed to get a good nip at my elbow despite it. Luckily its not deep, mainly a laceration, I don't think I'll need antibiotics. And my first thought was - am I still going to be able to ride aero this weekend? LOL! ooooh...I guess that would be a downside to your job! |

Wow It seems that pumpkin can be added to everything. I had no idea how much I was missing out on until I joined this thread! Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin fudge, and now pumpkin booze! LOL. Well there you go, that's one *I* hadn't heard of! Pumpkin pizza? Hmm, interesting. Was it a normal pizza crust? Was the sauce like pesto instead of tomato? I'm all intrigued now.
I had a home made pumpkin pizza last night with pine nuts and Fetta cheese. Courtesy of hubby. He is the best
You've never had pumpkin in pizza before? OMG! Its easy - just chop up the pumpkin into little cubes and roast it (coat it in some honey and olive oil before roasting). Then get a pizza base, use pizza sauce or I guess pesto would be good too, crumble over some feta cheese, pine nuts, herbs, salt, pepper, cheese and then bake for about 20 mins! Voila! I think anything can be made into a pizza topping OMG....what a way to ruin a perfectly great food....pizza!!!!! |

Well done. It even got a quick mention on our news here last night LOL. Something about the last time they won was 1980? I thought of you Can I ask why its called a World series? Do other countries participate? I googled the question and got this answer.... "I imagine it's mostly ambitious marketing. MLB wants to represent itself as *the* world organization. It might sound overly ambitious in 2003, since there are so many other leagues around the world in addition to the American League and National League. But it wasn't such a stretch 100 years ago. At the time, the two MLB leagues were the two big leagues. And having a few Canadian teams makes them international. ;-) " It has been quite a celebration here in Philly! It has been 28 years since the Phillies won the World Series.....and it has been 25 years since we won any kind of major sports championship....that's a long time for such a passionate sports city! |

Whew! I really, really didn't want to leave the house when it was dark and 20 degrees outside, but I got to the gym and went on the treadmill. My legs were a little shot, but I got 'er done. Also I took a week off to rest my Achilles, but I did not take a pass for that in the challenge and made it anyway. Thanks everyone for all the inspiration -- I'm going to miss this challenge! Waaaaah! Yay, good job! Good job being able to take a rest then get back out there. Whenever I take a break I have the hardest time trying to start going again!I completely agree!...it is so hard to get going after I stop! |

I got all excel-y and updated the spreadsheet sorta half-arsed. But I wanted to know generally where we stood. We are just over 90%. A lot of people are really close (except that dude Blagels who must be tied up somewhere doing someone else's bidding) - push it to the end! Whatever we can get in will help us along. Mila, have you chatted with Jens? He seemed to be into it, then sorta dropped away? LET'S GO VAMPIRES!!!!Hi Team - just a reminder that the challenge ends tomorrow... HALLOWEEN!!! Please get your spreadsheets updated as Im going to announce the challenge results Monday evening!!! Thanks for your participation Cat Hmmmm... not since I left him an inspire last weekend asking him if he was out running a 45 miler . |

I was thinking you could just bake the cake in balls, but you'd have to have some sort of mold for that.Your way sounds easier (and gooier, which is better). |
